What to Include on Your Wedding Welcome Table

What to Include on Your Wedding Welcome Table

Planning a wedding is hard and as the day gets closer couples often stress about what last-minute items need to be packed for the big day. Well, your stress stops here, we have what to include on your wedding welcome table below.

We’ve included the top items we see on all welcome tables. We often suggest what we call a ‘filler’ box, that includes items just as photos of you two, any signs or quotes you love as well as any decor you want to incorporate. Thing often ends up on the sign-in/welcome table but can be used throughout the reception as well.

  1. Welcome Sign (Couples have a sign on an easel next to the welcome table)
  2. Your Guest Book
  3. Sharpies/Markers/Pens for anything they are writing on
  4. Cards and Gifts sign
  5. Box for Cards
  6. Pictures of the couple
  7. Advice cards for the couple
  8. Candles, floral, and matching decor
  9. Favors to be put out at the end of the night (We can help with these here)

We can often transition the welcome table to the favor table at the end of the evening. It is also common for us to see photos of loved ones from the ceremony area to the Wedding Welcome Table. Since the Wedding Welcome Table is often a highly visited area, photos are a must for the table!

Tip from a wedding planner: Ask your florist to add any leftover floral or greenery to the welcome table. They typically bring extras and it will match perfectly with your guest tables!Wedding Ceremony Table
