September 7th Wedding at The Pearl at Sabine Creek

I first met Jacob and Fernanda at the Bridal Expo in Dallas and we hit it off immediately. Jacob is the founder of a non profit that supports a clean water initiative in Peru and that is a cause near and dear to my heart. They didn’t have a date set yet but knew they were going to need someone to help facilitate things on their special day.

We kept in constant contact and they updated me as soon as they found the perfect venue, they have so many great things to say about the owners (Connie & Barry) that I couldn’t wait to meet them. We had a few meetings leading up to the day and I was surprised how involved Jacob was in the planning process. It isn’t very often a groom takes as much responsibility as the bride but I liked that quality for sure.

The couple got married at Christ the King on September 7th 2019 and headed (in a party bus) to the venue after. One of the requests of the new Mr & Mrs. was plenty of time for dancing so that means we had to get right to the pictures upon arrival. Their bridal party was pretty large and I knew things needed to stay on timeline so I was outside during pictures, every once in while I would have to remind the bridal party to pay attention and listen to the photographers, each time Fernanda would wink at me ( a silent thank you) Anytime! I am here for you after all.

Dinner was delicious and there was a Mariachi Band playing from the balcony, everyone loved it! When it came time for the special dances, the bride and groom blew everyone away with there dance moves and that only continued all night long!

Some #weddingday favorites were the homemade dessert bar by a close family friend, the conga line that got everyone up and dancing & the sparkler send off, complete with the decorated Black Mercedes. Fernanda & Jacob sending all the love your way, you are both so kind and caring & I know God has only the best plans for the both of you.
